The catalog records: Free-LLM claims "60 RPM | $5 credit | ~5M tokens (varies) | One-time | 40+ open-source models", but DeepInfra's official pricing page (fetched 2026-07-17) mentions no free credit at all and states: "You have to add a card or pre-pay or you won't be able to use our services." Category: trial_credit on the strength of the seed repo only — in practice treat DeepInfra as low-friction cheap pay-per-token, not truly free. Official docs: "You only pay per token — no idle GPU time, no minimums, no seat fees."
