14 days, no questions asked, on your first purchase of any paid plan — annual or lifetime. If ModelHubby isn’t what you hoped, email within 14 days of the charge and you get your money back. That’s the whole policy; the rest of this page is logistics.
How to request one
Email hello@jpeterwheeler.com from the address on your account. No form, no exit survey. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe — banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
Renewals
The no-questions window applies to your first purchase. Renewals aren’t automatically refundable — but if a renewal caught you by surprise, email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll sort it out fairly. We’d rather refund a forgotten renewal than keep money you didn’t mean to spend. Note: a refunded founding-annual renewal ends the locked founding rate (see Terms §3).
Edge cases
- Refunded plans lose paid access once the refund is issued.
- Obvious abuse (repeated buy-export-refund cycles) voids the no-questions part — but genuine dissatisfaction is never abuse.
- Statutory refund rights where you live (e.g. EU consumer rules) apply on top of, never instead of, this policy.
